Fabien is currently finishing movement and performance therapy certification through Rehab-u. This certification consists of developing a comprehensive functional training approach that is founded from clinical strategies. It will give Personal Trainers the tools they need to prevent injuries while building performance. The course has been developed through years of working with clients inside of the gym, to get them out of pain and restore function. Not only this, but the goal is to also allow our clients to unlock use of their full performance potential. Fabien will be able to asses the mobility, stability, motor control, sequencing and patterning. It has been a joy for Fabien to have even more skills to guide his clients towards success in their fitness goals.
How to resolve back pain
Coaching a client is not about counting or timing, but rather giving them simple and clear cues that they are able to understand. This way, our clients can avoid injuries, allowing them to progress toward their goals.
