To enjoy your experience to the fullest, I ask that clients be aware of the following sanitation standards and requests to help me ensure their safety and comfort as well as that of other clients.
All Clients must answer the following health screening questions at the time of booking* (verbal), before their session via appointment confirmation or reminders (verbal or email), and at the time of the session (written):
If the answer is yes to any of these questions, the Client must reschedule at least 14 days later or conduct their scheduled session virtually (FT).
Curbside check-in at participating studio, Clients may call the studio when they arrive and enter the lobby at least 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time to complete their temperature check and health screening questionnaire.
The training suite is processed with proper sanitation techniques, including door handles, music volume control dial, benches, equipment, client shelf/basket, pen, and lightswitches.
Clients are required to have their temperature taken via a touchless thermometer before their session. Clients with a temperature of 100.4 or higher must reschedule their appointment with no late cancel fee or penalty.
The Personal Trainer will wash his hands before going to the lobby to greet their client. We also ask our clients to wash their hands before their cardio warm-up.
At your request, the Personal Trainer can wear a face mask.
Face masks are strongly encouraged for clients with weak immune systems and may be required based on state-specific orders.
Personal Trainer will try to maintain a safe distance from the client unless the client requires a spotter for heavy lifting.
15 minute turnover period between each session to disinfect all equipment used in the session and complete the procedures detailed above.
